Internet Integration in Daily Transactions
Internet
The Internet is a network of open information that can be searched on
a computer. It has grown rapidly into a huge network that is worldwide,
connecting millions of computers.
Nowadays, most educational institutes, government offices, and
trading organizations are using the Internet to share information and to
enhance their working cooperation.
We can use the Internet for advertising, sending electronic mail,
making public announcements, and performing research by using data from
government agencies, universities, and other business organizations. We
can also do travel planning, talk via email, and do shopping.
E-mails
At present, e-mail has become one of the most practical ways of
communication for various types of people who are working for both
business and government organizations.
It is determined to be low-cost communication as people can save telephone
and paper costs. They can operate sending e-mails to any person anywhere
the whole day without being worried about the time difference between
senders and recipients.
A replacement for both written and oral communication:
E-mail is more valuable than just sending messages via electronic
system since it can replace face-to-face communication (or telephoning).
Now you can use mail instead of walking to your colleagues at another
department of the building.
One of the advantages of using e-mail is that you have to think and
consider the matter that you and another person are discussing before you
respond. This will be effective when you are facing a critical situation.
