                       2.  Vocabulary


                          A.  Writing Emails


                        1.    Email Address

                       Definition: An electronic address to which emails are delivered.

                       Example: "Make sure to include your email address in the contact information."

                        2.    Subject line

                       Definition: A brief phrase that summarizes the purpose or content of the email.

                       Example: "Craft a clear and concise subject line to grab the recipient's attention."

                        3.    Salutation

                       Definition: The greeting at the beginning of an email.

                       Example: “Dear Mr. Smith," or "Hello Team," are common email salutations.”


                        4.    Body

                       Definition: The main content or message of the email.

                       Example: "Provide relevant information in the body of the email to convey your

                       message effectively."

                        5.    Attachment

                       Definition: A file or document that is sent along with the email.

                       Example: "Please find the project report attached to this email."


                        6.    Signature

                       Definition: A block of text at the end of an email that includes the sender's

                       information.

                       Example: "Best Regards,”
                                   “John Wynn"
