As our department is expanding quickly, we have added three (3) more fulltime
employees. However, we do not have enough desk and chairs for them.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide our department with two
desks and chairs for our new colleagues.
I trust that you understand our situation and will soon let me know your decision
upon this matter.
