SITUATION 1
A person is calling to ask for further details about job opening in a company.
Officer: Good afternoon, PSL Shipping Lines Company. May I help you?
Jenny: Yes. I saw from the Bangkok Post this morning that your company is
looking for staff. Could you possibly give me more information?
Officer: Certainly. We’re looking for an energetic young woman to fill the
position of Account Manager.
Jenny: What does the Account Manager do?
Officer: She deals with the buyer in Singapore, and follows-up order details
with buyers and production staff.
Jenny: What is the product?
Officer: Garments.
