dance creation is the one variable to reveal the variety and befriend in the good

relationship, unity, honorable given, pay attention to the visitors’ countries through the
performance in restricted time. In other this, each dance creation follows the knowledge

management that keep and select all experience from the both of internal and external

committees, to control and take care of development, altogether giving the suggestion in
adjustment of dance creation for getting the identification knowledge in Faculty of Music

and Drama that recieve the chance to distribute culture to visitors countries by 7 steps are

1. researching knowledges 2.creating and searching knowledges 3. knowledge management
4.Data evaluation and analysis 5 approaching data 6.sharing and exchanging knowledges

7.learning. The result of knowledge management in international dance creation technic for

visitors welcoming of the dance creation model has important variables as these : 1 concept
of idea 2 types of performance 3 elements in shows i.e. the creator, idea in show, music,

dance posture, actors, show on stage, costume, backdrop prop and light and sound. Finding

from knowledge management, researchers take its result to distribute over all students as in
practical instruction through academic seminar, also in artist skillful's club for sharing and

exchanging knowledges of Thai dance creation, idea of dance, types of performance and

elements on show to students and order interested persons. Besides this, researchers still
distribute knowledges in facebook page of Music and Drama Faculty in order to be guidance

in order Institute or general interested persons as the correctly process of international

dance creation.

บทน า

การจัดการความรู้จากการสร้างสรรค์งานนาฏศิลป์เพื่อต้อนรับอาคันตุกะ สามารถแบ่งส่วนสร้างสรรค์
การแสดงในรูปแบบของการแสดงที่เป็นลักษณะของระบ า ที่แสดงถึงความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างไทยกับชาติที่

ที่จะแสดงถึงความหลากหลาย และ สร้างความผูกมิตรสัมพันธ์ สามัคคี การให้เกียรติ การแสดงความใส่ใจต่อ

ประเทศผู้มาเยือน ผ่านการแสดงในระยะเวลาที่จ ากัด ทั้งนี้การสร้างสรรค์งานแต่ละครั้ง ผ่านกระบวนการ

จัดเก็บและกลั่นกรององค์ความรู้จากคณะกรรมการภายในและภายนอก มีการก ากับดูแลการพัฒนางาน
รวมทั้งให้ข้อเสนอแนะปรับปรุงการสร้างสรรค์งานเพื่อให้ได้องค์ความรู้อันเป็น “อัตลักษณ์” ของคณะศิลป
นาฏดุริยางค์ ที่ได้มีโอกาสเผยแพร่สู่ประเทศผู้มาเยือน
