PLC) ซึ่งเป็นการพัฒนาจาก PLC สู่ CIMP ในปัจจุบัน เพื่อการผลิตบัณฑิตในศตวรรษที่ 21 และการเกิด

นวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่มาจากอัตลักษณ์และความเชี่ยวชาญของผู้สอนอย่างแท้จริง

Summary

Knowledge Integration Management to Innovation Teaching Model as an objective to
study a teaching model which focuses on the students and to develop the teaching model
to be suitable with RMUTL Lampang. The project comprises of 3 faculties which are the

group of lecturers from the Faculty of Business Administration and Lliberal Arts, Faculty of
Engineering ,and the Faculty of Science Agricultural with the amount of 35 lecturers in total.
Under the knowledge management of Gabriel Szulanski, the study started with the
knowledge management activity of academic year 2014 and got the summarized in 4

models. The first model focuses on practical; the second focuses on learning; the third
model focuses on accomplishment ; and the forth focuses on process. In academic year
2015 with 22 members who had experience from year 2014 activity, we started with the

new model called Teaching Innovation. The brainstorming and integration of teaching
development which are specified and suitable with RMUTL Lampang’s context. The RMUTL
Lampang’s context is CIMP with is the abbreviation from; C=Coaching is the teaching with
close relation with student like mentor. I=Innovation is the teaching with new innovation.
M=Multiple is the various style and integrate them to teach in one subject. P=Practice is the

Hands-on between of association lecturers and students to design the teaching pattern. All
are summarized which got from the knowledge management and taken to the current
implementation, from 22 members who share the teaching activity through CIMP’s network

such as facebook RMTLL PLC. This is the development of teaching in the 21th Century and
to generate the teaching innovation from virtual and expertises of lecturers.

มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา ล าปาง เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคล
