This research is a mixed method according to quantitative research, qualitative
research, and action research. There are operating procedures starting from learning about

Suanluang 1 community database system, in physical and business management of the
community. We in-depth interviewed the principles of Suanluang 1 community, the
principles of Talad Rim Klong suanluang 1 community to prepare for 2 activities which are
the arrangements for training by faculty members from Rajamangala University Of

Technology Krungthep to Suanluang 1 community director, for a better perception on basic
principles about renewable energy and the process of Solar cells installation for the
renewable energy to be used with power system for 10 poles from 38 poles in total.
Another activity is to train the invention of natural materials such as Banana leaf, Bhodi leaf,

Bamboo leaf and Pandanus leaf to Talad Rim Klong Suanluang 1 community’s director and
the sellers who have their stalls to use them as a plate instead of using plastic packages.
The market will be held on the first Sundays of every month.

When the operation is completed, it contributes to the development of the
following community driven by itself, both reducing the energy consumption within the
community and example to each household. Also, Renewable Energy that uses ostensibly
reduce the costs and the use of natural materials. In addition a Biodegradable package is not
going to be polluted to society and the environment as well.

บทน า

โลกปัจจุบันให้ความสนใจกับสิ่งแวดล้อมมากขึ้น ด้วยเหตุที่จ านวนประชากรเพิ่มขึ้น สิ่งแวดล้อมที่
เป็นทรัพยากรธรรมชาติถูกท าลาย การถมคูคลองที่เป็นทางระบายน้ า การทิ้งขยะที่ย่อยสลายยากลงท่อระบาย
ภาวะมลพิษ (Pollution) ต่างๆ เช่น มลพิษในน้ า ในอากาศ เสียง มลพิษในอาหาร สารเคมี การผลิตสาร
สังเคราะห์บางอย่างที่สลายตัวยาก และไม่สลายตัว เช่น พลาสติก โฟม จึงท าให้เกิดขยะเหล่านี้มากขึ้น

ตลอดถึงการใช้พลังงานอย่างฟุ่มเฟือย วิกฤติการณ์ด้านพลังงานที่ทวีความรุนแรงเพิ่มมากขึ้น ทั้งจากการขาด
แคลนแหล่งพลังงาน และผลกระทบของการใช้พลังงานที่มีต่อสภาวะสิ่งแวดล้อม การไม่มีจิตส านึกเรื่อง
สาธารณะจึงท าให้ปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมของไทยเข้าขั้นวิกฤติ แต่ละคนแต่ละฝ่ายพยายามหาประโยชน์จาก
